Refund Policy

World Flowers has a “No Return” policy. Should you have any problems with your order please issue your complaint to the florist that delivered your purchase within 24 hours of delivery or your complaint cannot be processed. Each complaint will be dealt with individually depending on its circumstances. Each delivery will come with a business card from the florist that delivered your products.


A $10 delivery fee will be automatically added to your order in checkout. This fee covers delivery of your flowers or hampers anywhere in Australia or around the world. There are no extra costs.

When stated “same day delivery available” orders must be in no later than 1pm QLD time. World Flowers will do their best to try deliver that day if your order is placed after 1pm, but we cannot guarantee this will always be possible.

Public Holidays, Business Hours and product availability can affect delivery times. World Flowers guarantees delivery of your order within 24 hours of your delivery date requested. Contact will be made directly should we be unable to meet this agreement.

Product Pricing

The price selections are representative of the product quantity. Selecting different display options may increase or reduce the amount of flowers in your order.

All World Flowers product photos are a guide to the style/type of flowers, hamper products and gifts that are to be delivered. Flower types, hamper products, containers and something extra selections may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or should they not meet our quality standards. In some circumstances, substitutions of equivalent or greater value and quality may be required to fulfill your order. World Flowers encourages “Floristry Flair” so give your florists some instructions in the notes section and let them create something to make someone smile today.

Some flowers may be delivered in bud to provide longer enjoyment. Be sure to check out or blog, Facebook and Instagram pages for flower care hints and tips as we post them.

Our Guarantee

World Flowers proudly guarantees the flower quality and value of every World Flowers order. Each World Flowers arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional World Flowers florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.


Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery to the World Flowers florist who delivered the order.
Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlors, crematoria and cemeteries. Be sure to put a note in the section provided should you require delivery to any of the above noted so our team members are aware and can research relevant requirements should it be necessary.

For Products with Alchohol

Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply in some States.

For Hamper Deliveries

In the event of any goods being unavailable, we will substitute other goods of equivalent or greater value.

  • Christmas hampers are available from October to December only. All other hampers are available for delivery all year round.
  • Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery to the World Flowers florist who delivered the order, or a claim cannot be processed.
